Access to and use of this site is provided by The Cambodia Trust (CT) and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
2. CT reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
3. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
4. This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos regarding or relating to CT are provided "as is" without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. In no event will CT be liable for†any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages or loss of profits whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence.

CT does not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, nor do we guarantee†the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials.
6. Copyright: names and logos
The Cambodia Trust name and logo and the logos of CSPO, JSPO, ASSERT and SLSPO are protected by copyright. The names, images and logos identifying the CT or third parties and their products and services are the proprietary marks of the CT and/or third parties as appropriate. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions or on the CT website may be construed as conferring any licence or right under any trademark or patent of the CT or any third party.
7. Copyright Restrictions:
Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from CT. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any licence by CT to use any item displayed.
Documents on this site may be copied for personal, non-commercial use only on the condition that copyright and source indications are also copied, no modifications are made and the document is copied entirely. However, some documents and photos have been published on this site with the permission of the relevant copyright owners (who are not CT). All rights are reserved on these documents and permission to copy them must be requested from the copyright owners (the sources are indicated within these documents/photographs).
Images which are available for download from CT's Flickr photostream may be used for non-commercial use only on the condition that copyright and source indications are published alongside the images. This means that the words: 'The Cambodia Trust' and the photographer's name must be printed next to the photograph. For commercial or other uses, prior permission must be sought from the Cambodia Trust.
8. CT takes no responsibility for the content of external Internet Sites. The existence of a link from any organisation's site to the CT site does not imply that the CT endorses the activities or views of that organisation.
9. Any communication or material that you transmit to, or post on, any public area of the site including any data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary information.
10. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
12. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
13. Fundraising Standards Board:
CT is a member of the Fundraising Standards Board. This is because we are committed to the highest standards in fundraising and strive to always work in a way that is effective, open and honest. We are dedicated to raising funds in the most cost effective ways.
The Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB) is an independent board that has been set up to help people to give to charitable organisations with confidence. The board's primary function is to deal with complaints about fundraising activities from members of the public.
By joining the Fundraising Standards Board we agree to adhere to the Institute of Fundraising Codes of Fundraising Practice and the Fundraising Standards Board Fundraising Promise.

15. Donation refund policy
If you have made a donation in error please contact the CT Finance Team on 01844 214844 or email your Sage Pay confirmation email to office@cambodiatrust.org.uk and they will be happy to refund this for you.

We make every effort to ensure that the content of the site is accurate and up to date, but we accept no liability in relation to typographical errors or third-party information.
17. Conflict of interest
If any conflict of interest arises concerning the information provided on this site it will be clearly stated.
18. Linking policy
We encourage linking to our site from other websites, although we do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of the information external to the CT website.
In terms of reciprocal linking by CT to other websites, we only link to recognised registered charities or relevant partners. We do not endorse any commercial organisations other than our established corporate partnerships.
